Transfer Search and Booking Services Offer

Taxiyo is a platform that allows users to find taxi services. All the transfer services booked through the taxiyo.com website are performed by taxi or travel companies across the world. By making a booking request via the Taxiyo service, you agree with these terms and conditions and guarantee that all passengers under the age of 18 travel accompanied by legal representatives.

Taxiyo is only a booking service. Any issues encountered with the drivers will be taken into account by Taxiyo; however, Taxiyo will not be liable for any issues provoked by drivers or clients during or after the booked trip. Operations: Taxi or travel agencies organize and are responsible for all operations. Taxiyo does not directly operate; it only provides the necessary platform services.


1. Main Terms and Definitions
  • Transfer: Waiting for passengers, meeting them, assisting with luggage, and transporting them to the agreed destination in cars, minivans, microbuses, or buses.
  • Transporter: Transport company that has an agency agreement with Taxiyo.
  • Additional services and goods: Optional paid or included services or goods related to the meeting, trip, or vehicle configuration.
  • Taxiyo Service: Taxiyo.com websites, applications, systems, and channels enabling booking, information, support, and feedback.
  • Booking request: Data you provide to Taxiyo to render the service, confirming your readiness to receive it.
  • Voucher: Document with essential transfer terms, confirming payment or specifying payment procedure.
  • Order: Booking request accepted by both you and the transporter.
  • Per car prices: Prices are per vehicle, not per person. Entrance fees for national parks, islands, museums, etc. are extra. For pre-arranged check-ins, 20% of the transfer fee is paid to the driver in advance and is non-refundable.
2. Request Execution Terms
  • You are responsible for providing correct and complete booking details and bear the risk of improper service if information is incorrect.
  • We may request clarifications before sending details to the transporter, who decides whether to accept the booking.
  • Booking cutoffs: at least 24 hours before transfer for Group 1 vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) and 48 hours for Group 2 (Business, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax, Minibus 10/13/16/19 pax, Shuttle). Requests after these windows may be declined.
3. Meeting Place and Destination
  • Meeting place: address where the transporter’s representative waits for passengers.
  • Destination: address where passengers are taken. Both must be clearly defined (hotel name, coordinates, map point, etc.). Allowed formats are determined by the Taxiyo service.
4. Meeting Date and Time
  • Meeting date/time uses local time at the departure point (flight number, train, ship name, etc.).
  • Free waiting time: 60 minutes for airports/ports, 15 minutes for other pickup points.
  • For time-critical destinations (airports, ports, stations), you are responsible for planning sufficient lead time; Taxiyo provides an approximate trip time only.
  • For airport drop-offs, start time should include trip duration plus at least 3 hours for check-in.
5. Vehicle Class Choice
  • Passengers including children must fit the chosen vehicle class. Child seats or non-standard luggage may reduce capacity.
  • You are responsible for selecting appropriate child seats.
  • Providing a higher-class vehicle is not a violation of this offer.
  • Vehicles shown on the website represent the type, not necessarily the exact model.
6. Luggage
  • Standard luggage total dimensions must not exceed 158 cm (63 inches).
  • Oversized luggage, sports equipment, baby carriages, wheelchairs, instruments, animal carriers, etc. are non-standard and must be pre-agreed; extra costs may apply.
  • Animals/birds allowed only in carriers with fixed base if within standard luggage size.
7. Contact Details
  • Provide passenger surname/name, mobile number, email, and any other needed data for booking updates.
  • We guarantee confidentiality per the Privacy Policy.
8. Informing, Support, and Monitoring
  • Order information is sent via email provided at booking.
  • You bear risks of not receiving or viewing messages and unauthorized email access.
  • For questions, contact Taxiyo support or the transporter using voucher contacts.
9. Request (Order) Alteration
  • Alterations are accepted at least 48 hours before transfer start.
  • Additional payment is required if changes increase cost.
  • If changes are not possible less than 5 hours (Group 1) or 24 hours (Group 2) before transfer, advance payments are non-refundable. If change is impossible due to short notice and you cancel, no refund is provided.
10. Request (Order) Cancellation
  • You may cancel anytime; booking pre-payments are non-refundable as they secure drivers who may lose other jobs.
  • We are not liable for flight cancellations/rescheduling/delays or other external events; waiting beyond free time is not guaranteed.
  • If your booking has additional paid conditions, cancellation rules follow the voucher or annexes.
  • In rare cases of transporter breach or force majeure, we may cancel with a full refund.
11. Passenger No-Show
  • Passenger phone in the booking must be on and reachable at transfer start, during waiting, and until meeting.
  • If free waiting time lapses and the passenger is absent and unreachable, the transporter may leave and the order cost is retained; losses are not reimbursed.
12. Transporter No-Show
  • If the transporter is not present on time, call the transporter and Taxiyo support.
  • Claims for no-show must be filed within 90 days of the scheduled transfer start.
  • You must confirm you were at the meeting place on time and contacted both the transporter and Taxiyo.
  • Evidence (photos with time/location proof, etc.) may be required. If no-show is confirmed, pre-booking amounts are refunded; additional losses are not reimbursed unless documented per these terms.
13. Force Majeure
  • Parties are exempt from liability when performance is impossible due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, terrorism, transport limits, government bans, sanctions, other events beyond control).
  • Parties must promptly inform each other and confirm with official documentation per applicable law.
  • Failure to notify removes the right to invoke force majeure.
14. Money Refund
  • Refunds are sent to the bank details you provided within a maximum of sixty working days, subject to bank processing times.
  • Refund may be refused if your bank already initiated a chargeback for the same order.
  • Refund obligation is fulfilled once funds are debited or instructions sent to the payment system; further timing depends on your bank or payment system.
  • Service fee & completed trip non-refund: a non-refundable service fee is charged for booking facilitation. Neither this fee nor fare is refundable once a trip is completed. The 20% advance payment is a non-refundable booking fee.
  • Invalid disputes/chargebacks: you agree to resolve billing issues with Taxiyo Support before initiating chargebacks. Disputing valid charges breaches these terms; Taxiyo may use this clause as evidence.
  • If a reservation is made without prepayment or payment is delayed, reminders will be sent. Assignment of a driver begins only after Taxiyo receives 20% of the transfer fee.
  • Prepayments are processed automatically. For bookings under 48 hours, inform support of late payments. If a prepayment is returned by the bank, the reservation cancels automatically; if deducted, inform support.
15. Claim Procedure
  • If unsatisfied with the transfer search or booking service, send a claim within 14 calendar days after the transfer; later claims may be disregarded.
  • You may also claim directly against the transporter for transportation service quality, including life, health, and property damages.
  • Taxiyo is an intermediary booking platform and not liable for damages arising from the transportation service itself (personal injury, property damage, accidents, missed flights, travel disruptions). Contractual relationship for transportation is with the transporter.
  • If you need transporter details, request them from Taxiyo Support; claims sent to Taxiyo will be forwarded to the transporter.
16. Auction
  • Auction order is not a tourist transfer service.
  • Minimum booking time is 1h30min (including time to specify information).
  • Partners can set price up to 15 minutes before the time specified in the order.
  • Partners propose price for the road trip only; nameplate pickup and luggage help are not included.
  • Additional services (drinking water, child restraints) are available for extra charge.
  • Partners choose vehicle type based on passenger count and comments.
  • Free waiting time is 15 minutes after the specified time for each departure point.
  • Meeting point is arranged individually with the driver.
17. Transportation for a Group of Children
  • For groups of 8+ children under 18, contact support before booking to confirm cost and conditions.
  • In the Russian Federation, organized child transportation requires: full name/date of birth, parent phone, full name of a parent, names and passport details of accompanying persons.
  • All information must be provided at least 72 hours before transfer; missing/late data may lead to refusal.
18. Other Conditions
  • This contract takes effect upon acceptance and remains until obligations are fulfilled.
  • Clients cannot file lawsuits against Taxiyo for issues caused by drivers or other partners.
  • Dispute resolution and chargeback prohibition: you must first contact Taxiyo Support for any booking issue and agree not to initiate chargebacks without doing so. If you do, Taxiyo may terminate your account, seek recovery of transaction amounts, fees, and damages, refuse future service, and treat the action as a wrongful chargeback with no refund rights.
  • In case of cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee from the full ride price applies.

Your Privacy and Security
All reservations you make through our website are 100% secure. Taxiyo never shares your phone and e-mail addresses with third parties or companies. Transfer notification details are sent by e-mail only. You will not receive any annoying SMS or emails from us. Our payment systems are protected by highly secure encryption protocols. Taxiyo does not record or store your credit card information in any way. The information you enter and the payment process is completed between your bank and the payment service. No one, including Taxiyo's employees, cannot access your credit card information. Information such as your taxi transfer details, pickup, and destinations are only shared with your driver.
